If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed 1-2 weeks. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.

Damages

Please contact both the carrier and our customer service to investigate, and save all packaging materials and damaged goods. If it is confirmed that the item is truly damaged, we will be responsible and provide you with a proper solution.

Change the delivery address

If the package hasn’t been shipped, please feel free to contact us with your new delivery address.
If the package is en route, we cannot change the shipment.

Covid-19 Information

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has strained supply chains around the world, decreasing the available capacity on shipping vessels, and prolonging processing time at receiver ports. As a result, our estimated delivery dates may be longer than usual.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of receipt, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Once you want to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to support@cocochairs.com including the following details:

· Your order number
· SKU number of the product which you need to return or exchange
· Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect

    2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused, and undamaged. It also needs to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

    3. When you receive the package and it is obviously damaged, please refuse to sign for it or record the unpacking process with a video to prove that the goods have been damaged when received.

    RETURN SHIPPING

    Please use registered mail with the online delivery tracking number for returns. If the returned order could not be tracked during transit, a safe reception could not be guaranteed by us. We hope for your understanding of this.

    In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. 

    · Incorrect order:

      If you ordered a wrong product or an incorrect size, you need to pay for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) if you want a replacement. If you choose to refund, we will refund the original product price.

      · Unwanted item:

          If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a return. 

          REFUNDS

          Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

          If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.

          All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.
