Description
This modern conversation set includes a loveseat, two rotating armchairs, and two end tables, all built with a durable aluminum frame. PE rattan wraps the frames to create a breezy design. The seat and back cushions are upholstered in water-resistant polyester fabric and are filled with foam for just the right amount of cushion. Covid-19 Information
The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has strained supply chains around the world, decreasing the available capacity on shipping vessels, and prolonging processing time at receiver ports. Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of receipt, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
REQUIREMENTS

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused, and undamaged. It also needs to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
3. When you receive the package and it is obviously damaged, please refuse to sign for it or record the unpacking process with a video to prove that the goods have been damaged when received.
RETURN SHIPPING
Please use registered mail with the online delivery tracking number for returns. If the returned order could not be tracked during transit, a safe reception could not be guaranteed by us. We hope for your understanding of this.
In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
If you ordered a wrong product or an incorrect size, you need to pay for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) if you want a replacement. If you choose to refund, we will refund the original product price.
If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a return.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.
All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.
